I aim to arrive 5 min prior to our appointment to allow time to set up, please be ready for me. If I am running behind, I will contact you in plenty of time to warn you and ask that your do the same for me. If you are late and contact me, I will wait up to 15 min for you, however if I have not heard from you I will wait 10 min then move on to my next appointment, in this instance I will treat the appointment as cancelled with less than 24 hrs notice. When  booking please let me know exactly which service you would like to enable me to allow enough time.

Booking and Cancellation Policy 

Appointments £40+ require a small booking fee to secure your appointment. This is payable by cash, paypal or bank transfer.

  To cancel your appointment, a minimum of 24 hrs notice is needed otherwise a booking fee may be required to secure future bookings. If you need to cancel or amend part of your treatment please give me 24 hrs notice other wise full payment for the original booked appointment will be required upon payment. 

Booking fees are non refundable if the minimum 24hrs notice is not given.
